Admission Procedure

The admissions into first and/or second year (lateral entry) in B.Tech. MCA, and MBA(1st Year) shall be through the entrance examination and the counseling of UPSEE. No admissions are available through management quota/ NRI quota. However admissions may be given on the basis of merit of 10+2 or equivalent exam as per University rules against the seat lying vacant after UPSEE Counseling. Admissions in BSc(H) CS, BBA, MBA (Hospital Administration), MBA (Hospital Administration-Integrated) will be done purely on merit after registration on University Portal. In every session every student has to perform online registration/admission process.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  • Metric-High School/Secondary School Certificate
  • Mark sheet of Metric/High School/Secondary School
  • Intermediate/10+2/Senior Secondary School Certificate
  • Mark sheet of intermediate/10+2/Senior Secondary School
  • Caste certificate for OBC,SC and ST candidate
  • Authentic income certificate of less than Rs. Two lacs annually for all categories, issued by the employer of the parents ( in Case serving), tehsil etc.
  • Medical Certificate from registered medical practitioner
  • Aadhar Card
  • UPSEE allotment (Wherever applicable) letter
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)/Migration Certificate (original). Candidates who have passed 10+2 exam from UP board shall submit T.C. All other candidates shall submit Migration Certificate.
  • Character certificate for all categories.

  • Mark sheet of graduation
  • Certificate for graduation
  • Migration Certificate, if from other university


  • All documents submitted in photocopy should be self-attested and attested by the guardian/parents necessarily. At the time of counseling/admission student has to be present with all original documents. Failing to present original documents will nullify the claim of admission for which applicant will be responsible.
  • In case of hostel accommodation student has to come along with his parents necessarily.
  • University/Institution has the right to cancel the admission at any stage, if any discrepancy/fraud is found in any document.
